Our Mission Statement
Established in 1988 by Dr. Arnold D. Panzer, M.D., Land, Sea & Air Medical Review Specialists, P.C. has been providing transportation and occupational services for over 35 years.
Since 1999, Paul Perez, our third-party administrator and practice manager, has continued to build our impeccable reputation as the premier third-party provider for all local transportation and occupational needs.
In 2009, we incorporated Land, Sea, and Air Consulting & Testing, Inc. which would handle all the drug and alcohol testing services to include consulting.
On January 1, 2016, Paul Perez became President of Land, Sea and Air Consulting & Testing, Inc.
In February 2024 Julie Cincotta, NP has become President and has purchased Land Sea & Air Medical Review Specialist's, Inc. and renamed the practice Land, Sea, Air NP in Family Health. She will continue to build our impeccable reputation as the premier third-party provider for all local transportation and occupational needs. Paul Perez will continue with oversight Management of the medical Practice.
Our mission will continue to be providing the best possible service for all our clients in a service-oriented, experienced, and knowledgeable fashion.
